Return & Refund Policy

At Glum Lot Press, each item is thoughtfully created and carefully inspected before it ships. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition

  • Items must be returned in original packaging when possible

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The item is defective

  • You received the wrong item

If the return is due to our error, we will cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email here] with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will make it right as quickly as possible.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Items marked as final sale

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund (trust us, it is much easier this way!)  We understand that you will want to see that refund come through before you purchase, and that's ok.  We don't want to lose track of your exchange!  Computer knows all, haha.
